How do I get started?

You won’t find any “design-it-online” software on this website.  We take a more customer-oriented approach.  Most online printing is based on selling things that are “perfectly standardized.”  LEBOWSKI is proud of our one-of-a-kind designs and outstanding customer service.

Do you offer a proof of what the item will look like printed?

Yes!  A digital mock-up of what your item will look like will be emailed to you for approval before we go to print.

What’s the policy if you mess up my order?

Accidents will happen . . . we stand behind our work 100% of the time.  We’ll work until you’re fully satisfied.

Do you print on customer-provided items?

Yes, we’ll print for you, but . . . know that we often need extra shirts or apparel to test print on and there is also a slight chance of a printing error.  So, if we mess up on your shirt—we feel really bad and have no way of replacing it.

Do you charge for artwork?

At LEBOWSKI, 99% of our design work is absolutely free.  Artwork fees may apply sometimes, depending upon the complexity of your design.

How are your prices compared to other printers?

There are NO hidden fees.  Our prices are ALL-inclusive.  The price we quote is the price you pay—period (plus Sales Tax where applicable!).
